A subscription to the AppStra platform, which includes (by plan):

• Trade-call / research distribution across channels (in-app, Telegram, WhatsApp, email, SMS — premium channels are plan-gated).
• Subscription & client management, client 360, and role-based team access.
• SEBI-compliance tooling: signed rationale documents, audit trail, record retention.
• Payment collection from clients via the integrated payment gateway (Cashfree) with 0% platform commission.

Pricing model: a base subscription per plan + prepaid credits. Onboarding a client deducts credits from the firm's balance at the plan's per-client rate. Credits are a software charge, bought in advance — never a commission on client payments.

Billing, taxes & payment

• Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period, in INR.
• Applicable taxes (GST) are added as required and shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. We do not store full card/bank/UPI details.
